Next Monday (October 6th) – 6:30pm – South Okaloosa Bands Exhibition

We will meet at 5pm to prepare for the event.  The program will end around 8pm.

Horn line & Percussion should show up in pants, black shoes, black socks, gray band shirt.

Uniform Jacket, gauntlets, gloves & a towel to sit on should be in the hanging bag

Hats should be in the hat box

Color Guard parents please be aware that your instructions may differ slightly.

We will practice on Tuesday, October 7th – 6-8:30pm

percussion and color guard meeting at 5pm.

Practice on Thursday 10/9 as normally scheduled

Navarre Game – at Navarre – October 10th

Be in the band room at 5:15pm wearing: uniform pants, black shoes, black socks, gray band shirt

Students that live west of Hurlburt will be allowed to meet us at Navarre.  Please send a note to verify that your student will be taking this option.

Itinerary:

12 – 2pm – rehearse

3pm – meet in partial uniform

3:15pm – depart

4:45 – 5pm – arrive at Tate High School –

This game we are asking all woodwind & brass players to have lyre’s to support their music in the stands.

Most students have these lyre’s from Middle School band.

$25.00  clinician fee is now due from everyone except Color Guard – the fee was in the CG dues

$25.00 instrument rental fee is now due – if you use a school instrument

6:30pm start time – in uniform – ending at around 8:15 to 8:30pm

October 31st – Mosely game – homecoming & senior recognition

November 1st – BOA – Atlanta – cancelled

November 8th – Showcase of Champions – cancelled
